Victimless crime familiarizes the student with many of the implications and ramifications of efforts to control "victimless" crimes. Discussions concentrateon the illegal activity associated with prostitution, gambling, drug use and pornography. The social, moral, legal and practical consequences of legalizing such activities are examined and evaluated. Part of the criminal justice concentration and minor.
