This course presents the history and development of the principles of management and organizational theory as they have been applied to the field of criminal justice. This developmental evaluation is followed by a presentation of principles and philosophies of agency administration that have been effective in business, industry and government, with the intention of discussing their applicability throughout the criminal justice system.
