This course explores the engineering aspects of high performance vehicle design. Topics include product design specifi cation, systems design, component and systems optimization, manufacturing and assembly, testing, and safety. Case studies will be used to introduce students to various aspects of the process. Students will participate in hands-on activities surrounding the design, manufacture, assembly, and testing of high performance vehicle components.
