An applied course in the fundamentals and applications of industrial robots. Emphasis is placed on the use of microcontrollers to construct mobile robots. Topics include microcontroller programming, industrial robot fundamentals, DC servo and stepper motors, encoders, sensors, programming, gripper design, and safety.
