3 hours lecture, 1 hour recitation; 2 credits Continuation of Mathematics 2.91. More extensive study of functions; composition of functions, inverse functions. Logarithmic and exponential functions. Trigonometric and inverse trigonometric functions. Conic sections. Binomial theorem. (Not open to students who are enrolled in or have completed Mathematics 2.9 or any mathematics course numbered 3 or higher.) Prerequisite: A grade of C- or higher in Mathematics 2.91 or permission of the chairperson.
