4 hours; 3 credits Writing and production of original scripts. Theater problems formulated, analyzed, and tested on stage. Unified study of writing, acting, and directing. Offered jointly by the Department of English and the Department of Theater. This course is the same as Theater 36. (Not open to students who have completed Speech and Theater 36.) Prerequisite: English 17 or 17.1; and Theater 35.1 or Speech and Theater 35.1.
