Biblical archaeology, design and decoration of the synagogue, illuminated manuscripts, ceremonial art, nineteenth- and twentieth-century painting and sculpture. (Not open to students who have completed Art 11.5.) Prerequisite: Art 1.3 or Core Studies 2.1 or Core Curriculum 1.2.
