6 hours; 6 credits Lectures, research, and study in selected historical, political, economic, and social aspects of life in a selected country or in a region of the United States. Lectures by Brooklyn College and host-country scholars, in cooperation with a university in Africa, the Caribbean, South America, or the United States may be supplemented by field work and library and empirical research.
