4 hours; 4 credits Theory, concepts, and procedures utilized in the audit process, including the code of professional ethics, legal liability, evidence, and verification of accounts. Course material supplemented with specific applications using cases and group decision making. Writing-intensive course. (Not open to students who have completed Accounting 6 or 13.) Prerequisite: English 2; Economics 30.2 or Business 30.2; and Accounting 5 or Economics 71.05 and Accounting 21 with grades of C- or higher.
