4 hours; 4 credits This is a course in descriptive and analytical writing, composition, essays, and explicating texts, aimed at advanced students who wish to develop skills in written French. There will be frequent compositions and essays in French, together with a review of the more challenging aspects of the language. Prerequisite: FRE 3002 or three years of high school French or equivalent or departmental permission.
