Topics include the tort of unfair competition, false advertising, product disparage - ment, usurpation of business opportunity, and other "business torts." The law of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets is examined. Internet domain-name controversies are studied and international treaties are covered. Prerequisite: LAW 1101.
