It covers basic concepts of debt and equity sources of financing and valuation, capital budgeting methods, cash flow forecasting and risk analysis, and the cost of capital. It introduces students to the process of securities issuance and techniques of financial planning and forecasting. Prerequisite: FIN 3000.
