3 hours; 3 credits This studio course combines different art technologies to allow for more advanced forms of computer graphics. Stand-alone animations and animations for use on the Internet incorporate digitally manipulated images, type, sound, special effects, and behaviors. Design topics include the use of color, page layout, electronic imagery, motion paths, rhythm, and tempo. Prerequisite: ART 2050 or 3057 or departmental permission.
