Senior level course in which students identify theirresponsibility for leadership within the health care delivery system. Ideological, social, political, legal,ethical, economic, and cultural influences on the health care delivery system will be explored. Relevanttheories of leadership, change, group and communication, as well as recent research will provide thebackground to assume professional responsibility in the delivery of health care within a multidisciplinaryhealth team.
