Fucaloro, Lefkowitz Courses designed to investigate physico-chemical systems through classical thermodynamics, statistical thermodynamics, kinetics, quantum mechanics and spectroscopy. Prerequisites: Chemistry 15, Physics 31 (or 34), or both semesters of the AISS sequence, and concurrent enrollment in Mathematics 31 (for 121) or Mathematics 32 (for 122), or permission of instructor. Chemistry 121 is not a prerequisite for 122. Offered every year.
