Chase, Reed Can a college professor who suffered a stroke, really mistake his wife for a hat In this course, the complex relationship between the brain and cognitive functions will be introduced. Students will learn about what parts of the brain are involved in different aspects of psychological functions, such as facial recognition, language, emotions, or memory. Clinical cases of patients who suffered different types of brain damage will be discussed along with the study of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology. Offered every year.
