Journalist. Bilger This course will explore the roots of women's print journalism in early women's magazines and will study key figures in the history of women journalists. We will cover a wide range of materials, ranging from 18th-century English magazines to 1990s' American magazines, and will consider recent debates about the status of women within the field of journalism.
