Rossum, Thomas An introduction to the Supreme Court's treatment of constitutional rights and privileges, including criminal procedure, voting rights, equal protection of the laws, and due process guarantees. Like Government 90, this course considers the strengths and weaknesses of the legal method in examining public policy issues. Although a natural sequel to Government 90, it may be taken alone.
