Emphasizes combining situational case studies, legal awareness, and alternative solutions based on theories of moral philosophy. Among areas covered are insider trading, tax evasion, audit failure, various conflicts of interest, and sexual harassment. Instruction focuses on legal and ethical principles and the application of critical thinking when faced with career-related moral dilemmas. Prerequisite: Economics 50. Offered every year.
