P. Jackson Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Critical Race Feminism (CRF) examine the role of law in constructing and maintaining racialized, gendered, and classed disparities of justice. The course examines the intellectual, aesthetic, and political convergences of critical jurisprudence with representational practices in the visual arts. Offered every other year.
