Study of normal patterns of physical, cognitive, moral, social, and sexual development in adolescence and young adulthood, with particular attention given to Piaget's theories of cognitive and moral development, Kohlberg's theory of moral development, and Erikson's theory of psychosocial development, deviations from the normal patterns of development in adolescence and emerging adulthood.
