This course is designed to teach the student the necessary math skills to perform the calculations required by a pharmacy technician. A review of fractions, decimals, ratios and proportions will be quickly covered. Other topics include Metric conversions, temperature conversions, apothecary conversions, IV flow rates, dosage calculations, and business math problems. Prerequisite: At least a "C" in high school or college Algebra. Course fee required. Fall
