This course focuses on the visual elements and fundamental principles of design and composition in the visual arts. A variety of twodimensional media is explored. Periodic critiques offer students the opportunity for critical examination of their work and the work of their peers. For students in the licensure program - instructional objectives, teaching strategies, and evaluation techniques will enable them to transfer subject content to the classroom.
