This course emphasizes statistical applications in business, and students will complete research projects using one or more multivariate statistical techniques. Topics covered will include statistical software (such as SAS or SPSS), multiple regression, Chi-Square, analysis of variance, non-parametric methods, multidiscriminant analysis, factor analysis, and a brief introduction to structural equation models. Prerequisite: STAT 235 or BDS 308 3 hrs
