This course examines various aspects of traditional direct marketing (e.g., print media and list management); however, it emphasizes electronic/Internet marketing, including hands-on applications. Coverage will include how technology affects an organizations business and consumer practices, and existing marketing mix; database marketing (as well as applications of data warehousing and data mining); Website strategies; and future directions of the field.
