Teaching methods and materials for beginning and advanced classes in French, German, and Spanish. Modern language teaching methodology and material will be evaluated and demonstrated, together with effective use of the Language Resource Center, tapes, slides, film strips, and other audio-visual materials. Prerequisite: A 3.0 grade average in the foreign language to be considered for practice teaching. Does not count toward a major in foreign language. Offered in conjunction with the School of Education. 3 hrs
