This is the departmental capstone course and is required for majors in their senior year. The course summarizes and extends student's theoretical and applied understanding of the role of communication competence in the work place and beyond. The course also focuses on refining student's research competencies and their appreciation of the cultural role of modern communication methods. Prerequisites: Completion of COMM-ST 308 and COMM-ST 344 and 12 additional hours of Communication Studies credits. Offered: Fall and Winter. 3 hrs
