Explores political and economic factors that have led to the changing face of the U.S. over the last century and key legislative changes that have changed the experience of immigrants. Students use primary demographic data from the U.S. Census Bureau and learn basic tools for demographic data access and presentation. Prerequisite(s): course 100A.
