This survey course will focus on Project Integration Management - which identifies, defines, and describes the processes and activities that combine, unify and coordinate the various elements of project management. Project Integration Management is the roadmap for effectively implementing business strategies that span the entire organization. By using project management tools and techniques, students will learn how to overcome organizational barriers in order to achieve fully integrated, enterprise-wide project management success.
