This course examines the components of marketing promotion and provides opportunity for students to apply these concepts to a real world marketing problem. Promotional concepts such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and personal selling are incorporated into a marketing communications plan. Students will gain understanding of how to use and coordinate these elements to maximize promotional impact and improve marketing budget on investment. Students will need to work within a given budget and create a marketing plan to increase revenue and meet project goals. ( Prerequisite: Honors Program)
