This course examines all the marketing communications tools: advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, sponsorship, direct marketing, point-of-purchase, public relations and interest communication; and discuss how to orchestrate these elements into one clear voice that breaks through today's communication clutter. These concepts are studied in greater detail with students to gain an understanding of how to use, coordinate and integrate these elements to maximize promotional impact and improve marketing budget return on investment.
