This studio course allows the student to focus on their own design interests, by developing a design for a large scale commercial, residential, restaurant, retail, hospitality, health care, etc. project. Design development includes research for the proposed project, programming, planning, 3D concept development, color and material distribution studies, furniture and finish selections, elevations, rendering(s), and a full set of presentation boards to communicate design intent.
