This course focuses on a practical approach to integrating principles of financial management managed care, and project management in a service industry setting. Emphasis will be directed to using analysis of budget reports, and financial reports to identify management problems and solutions. Perspectives of the service industry will focus the learning experience on aspects of not-for-profit organizations and other aspects of management that are unique to health care organizations.
