Students will determine the content, combination, and sequence of a group fitness class in a fitness center. Students will also apply appropriate teaching methodologies and use effective communication skills to ensure safe and beneficial exercise participation for a variety of clients. Professional responsibilities of the Group Fitness Instructor, as outlined by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) will be included.
