This course is an in-depth course in Internetworking with the TCP/IP protocol suite: architecture, service, classes, addressing, filtering and troubleshooting. The various static and dynamic addressing schemes and WAN setup/routing will be applied in hands-on lab exercises with Windows 2003 Server and Cisco routers/switches. Protocols such as DHCP, WINS, DNS and RAS will be configured. Cisco IOS commands for routers and switches will be introduced. ( Prerequisite: CIS 232)
