This course examines the impact of the legal environment on business from a managerial perspective. Students will examine the legal principles, laws and regulations that affect contracts, sales, property, and employment practices. Students will recommend optimal business actions in terms of contract and tort law. Current business cases will be used in the classroom. ( Prerequisite: Honors Program)
