This is the second of 6 courses designed to provide students with classroom and laboratory experience in current and emerging networking technology. The course concentrates on the components in a CISCO router, initial setup and programming commands for the CISCO IOS. Students configure static routing and dynamic routing with the RIP distance vector protocol. ( Prerequisite: CIS 264)
