A continuation of Media Arts I exploring advanced concepts in interactivity. Students study current trends in the design of CD-ROM and interactive computer games. Various types of sound and motion are analyzed as tools for effective communication. In the studio, emphasis is placed on advanced techniques for interactivity including menu-driven systems and simulations, and on adding video to interactive designs. ( Prerequisite: ART 271)
