This course will examine strength and conditioning principles to enhance human performance. Students will be introduced to the various components of a conditioning program, proper form and techniques, as well as the methods used to determine appropriate conditioning intensities. Major forms of exercise will be examined along with the various training systems in using fitness equipment safely and effectively in a fitness environment.
