This course introduces concept-based design using visual acuities for organizing information. Students explore various aspects of graphic communication and production for print media and apply design principles and concepts relating to typography, page layout, and general graphic design techniques to solving visual communications problems. For this class, students are required to present a portfolio of 2-5 exemplary works. ( Prerequisite: ART 203, ART 235)
