This course will introduce students to the basic tools of financial management. The students will have an opportunity to diagnose the financial health of a firm. In addition, students will also be introduced to other important concepts such as valuation, risk and return, cost of capital, capital budgeting, and capital structure. The course also examines fundamental drivers of a firm's financial policy. (This course is waived with a ?B? or better average grade in FIN 300 or equivalent)
