Students are exposed to the range of career possibilities in the interior design profession through personal exploration, speakers, lectures, and discussions. Students will apply this knowledge to an evaluation of personal career goals and preparation of a cover letter and resume. Students will be exposed to the business structure and internal organization, marketing techniques, fee structures, and project management procedures of both residential and contract/commercial interior and architectural design firms.
