(Prerequisites: PSY 101) In this course, the emphasis will be on taking valid psychological principles and applying them to the work environment. Areas of interest will include motivating others and yourself, goal setting for performance improvement, building relationships, achieving wellness and managing stress, managing conflict and anger, communicating with people, groups and group decision making, leading and influencing others, and achieving personal productivity. The objective is to facilitate workplace-specific skills.
