(Prerequisite: SHS 400) This course is designed to introduce students to the research process in exercise science with includes: problem solving, methods development, and ethical issues in research. The students will acquire the skills necessary to synthesize and critique exercise science literature and write a "mini"-research paper. An introduction to statistical concepts, selected statistical measures and computer skills are covered.
