Prerequisite: CLIN 3608 Legal considerations of the chiropractor and professional malpractice are the basis of this course. Types of organization for practice, establishment of a practice, and a practical analysis of the law of contracts, agency, and partnership relating to the chiropractor are included, along with a study of the court system and the chiropractor as an expert witness. Consideration is given to insurance coverage for patients.
