Designed to provide the business student with an understanding of the nature, sources and principles of real estate law, and its importance in the business environment. Topics include: real property; contracts involving real estate, deeds and titles; transfer of real estate, mortgages, liens, zoning and land use controls, condemna-tion, real estate agents and landlord-tenant law.
