Prerequisite: ARED 4410 and admission to teacher education. A comprehensive art education model based course combining curriculum design and instructional methods with in-depth field experience in the public schools. Students will both observe and teach in a classroom setting. Campus seminars will relate the field experi-ences to current instructional theory. Admis-sion to teacher education or proof of liability insurance required prior to receiving a school placement.
