Introduction to the basic methods of collecting, organizing, and analyzing psychological data. Emphasis on statistical inference (e.g., t tests, F tests, and selected non-parametrics). Provides the student with the basic statistical concepts and skills necessary for the laboratory and survey work and to provide adequate quantitative background for understanding psychological literature.
