Provides an overview of leadership fundamentals such as problem solving, effective oral and written communication, and providing direction through effective counseling. Students will study the seven army values, ethical decision making, and apply what they have learned using pre-determined case studies. Students will explore the dimensions of leadership attributes, skills, and actions through practical, hands-on, and interactive exercises. Students will develop greater self awareness as they assess their own leadership styles and practice communication and team building skills. (Su)
