An in-depth overview of linear and non-linear regression techniques with applications to meteorological data analysis. Topics include linear regression, examination of residuals, confidence intervals, bias estimation, serial correlation issues, polynomial regression, transformation of the response variable, stepwise regression methods, multicollinearity problems, ridge regression, logistic regression and robust/resistant regression techniques.
